This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the return and refund procedures for services provided by Smyxaronqorlyrax ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before engaging our services.
Smyxaronqorlyrax provides professional landscape design and installation services. As a service-based business, our return and refund policies differ from those of product-based businesses. This Policy outlines the specific terms applicable to our services.
Design consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that works for both parties.
If you cancel a consultation more than 24 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Once design plans have been delivered and approved, design fees are non-refundable. However, we offer revisions to design plans as specified in your service agreement. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
If you cancel design services before plans are delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on work completed. Any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and materials already provided.

Refunds for completed work will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only in exceptional circumstances where we are unable to remedy the situation.
Plants and other living materials are generally non-refundable once installed, as they cannot be returned. However, we provide warranties on plant materials as specified in your service agreement. If plants fail to thrive due to defects or improper installation, we will replace them according to our warranty terms.
Hardscape materials (pavers, stone, etc.) that have been custom ordered or installed are non-refundable. Unused materials that have not been custom ordered may be eligible for return, subject to restocking fees and the condition of the materials.
We stand behind our work and provide warranties as specified in individual service agreements. Our warranties typically cover:
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Deposits paid for future work are generally non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the timeframe specified in your service agreement and before work has commenced.
If you have a dispute regarding our services or this Policy, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with our clients to find satisfactory solutions.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute through direct communication, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
